Come join this amazing team of highly dedicated and professional staff in the Mental Health field!
This role offers mental health care to a specific group of secure residents in a correctional setting who have mental illnesses, intellectual and developmental challenges, and a high risk for suicide and self-injury. Create mental health treatment plans that will be the foundation of your care. Assist with both individual and group treatment, routine mental health evaluations, and interviews. Update degrees of psychiatric need and diagnosis.

Candidate Qualifications:
- Current and valid Bachelor's Degree in Social Science.
- Current and valid MSW, LPCC, LPC, LCSW, CSW, or MA in social science
- One year of experience working in a behavioral health or correctional setting.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities the best candidate would possess:
- Desire to work with an under-served, diverse, severe, and persistent mental illness adult population
- Prior adult inpatient experience
- Possible travel for training and transport of patients when necessary
Job Requirements
- Must be able to pass a full background check, drug screen, TRAILS, CAPS, and fingerprinting.
- Able to have a pre-employment physical
- Must have a driver’s license
- Must be able to handle, use, or be able to have exposure to hazardous material.
- Must have COVID-19 vaccination proof as of 30 days of hire.
