Hybrid Home Care Role | Colorado Springs, CO
WSi HealthCare Personnel is partnering with a well-established therapy provider serving pediatric, young adult, and homebound populations throughout Southern Colorado. We are seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping individuals improve independence, mobility, and overall quality of life.
This is a flexible hybrid opportunity offering both full-time and part-time options, strong earning potential, and a supportive clinical team environment.
Compensation
$93,000 – $120,000 base salary (DOE)
Additional performance incentives available for increased earning potential

What You’ll Do

Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide occupational therapy services in home health and/or outpatient settings
-
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
-
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
-
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards

Educate patients and caregivers to support long-term success

Job Requirements
-
Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program (Master’s degree preferred)
-
Minimum of one year of occupational therapy experience
-
Active Colorado OT license through DORA
-
Current BLS AHA CPR certification
- Must have a valid, non-restricted driver's license
-
Active auto liability insurance
-
Professional liability coverage in accordance with Colorado regulations
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug screen
