What You'll Do:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
- Manage AR & AP
- Assist payroll with weekly audits.
- Contribute to the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and ensure compliance with securities law.
- Prepare financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Undertake special projects as requested by the leadership team.
Who We are looking for:

- Associate or higher degree in Accounting or a related field
- Two or more years of experience in Accounting, General Ledger, Financial Reporting, A/R, A/P,
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including double-entry bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in financial report writing and analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and variances.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, 365, and other accounting software applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.

Job Requirements
- Two (2) years of account experience
- Minimum of Associates in Account or related field required
- MS Office Suite & Accounting software experience required
- Two good references
- Clean Background & Drug Screen
