Respiratory Therapist - CRT or RRT
Job Description
WSi Healthcare is actively seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a full-time contract 10 - 12 hour days to staff a Skilled Nursing Facility
As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to patients and work with a caring team in beautiful Montana! You will be working with patients pulmonary and cardiac needs with a proactive focus for a better outcome. This position offers the potential for a permanent placement with our clients organization.
WSi is seeking a Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist, licensed in Montana, who values servant leadership and a resident-centered approach.
This contract could turn into a permanent placement if you are interested.
What You’ll Do:

Provide high-quality respiratory care under direction of the Director of Nursing

Administer treatments, monitor progress, and document care
-
Support residents with pulmonary needs, assess tolerance to therapies, and collaborate with nursing and the IDT
-
Maintain equipment safety, infection control, and strong knowledge of oxygen therapy
-
Educate residents and families, create care plans, and support overall wellness goals
-
Participate in trainings and assist with shift operations and emergency response

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Current and unrestricted Respiratory Therapist license in the state of Montana.
- Current CRT or RRT Credential
- Strong assessment, clinical, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current AHA BLS and ACLS
- TB Test and Flu Vaccination
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
