Registered Nurse - Bilingual CNA Instructor
Job Description
We’re partnering with a mission-driven home health organization that’s doing big things in the Denver area. They’re focused on redefining care for under-served communities by blending thoughtful technology with a strong family-first care model—and they’re looking for a passionate RN or LPN to join their team as a Clinical Instructor.
In this role, you’ll be guiding the next generation of CNAs through hands-on training and skill-building, all while working alongside a team that truly values compassion, growth, and clinical excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading clinical skills training for CNA students
- Supporting students during in-person training at long-term care facilities
- Helping design and roll out new learning modules with the clinical team
What They’re Looking For:
- Active RN or LPN license in Colorado
- 1+ year of home health experience
- Background in teaching adults or supervising nurse aides
- Based in the Denver Metro area
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is a big plus
- Comfortable working occasional weekends

Job Requirements
- A valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Colorado
- Must have at least 1+ years of home health experience
- Possess a completed course in adult education, documented experience teaching adults, or at least one year of experience supervising nurse aides
- Must currently reside in the Greater Denver Metropolitan Area
- Valid Driver's License in the state of Colorado
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work some weekends
- Fluent in Spanish and English with the ability to translate, interpret, and communicate effectively in both languages
