Registered Nurse – Crisis Stabilization Unit (Day & NOC)

We have amazing opportunities available in a Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU), where you can provide short-term, intensive care for individuals facing mental health or substance use crises. Part-Time RN – Day/Mid Shift (0.6 FTE)

2 shifts a week, 12 hours each

Shift times: 6:30 AM–7:00 PM or 8:30 AM–9:00 PM
Full-Time RN – Day/Mid Shift (0.9 FTE)

Part-Time RN – NOC Shift (0.6 FTE)

Responsibilities:

Provide direct care to adults experiencing behavioral health crises
-
Conduct assessments, follow medical orders, and update the care team
-
Administer medications and injections with accurate EMR documentation

Support treatment planning and patient education

Coordinate care with external providers
-
Handle crisis situations using trauma-informed practices

Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For

Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred

Experience: At least 2 years of clinical experience
-
License: Active Colorado RN license (required)

Skills: Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational abilities; confident working in a dynamic behavioral health environment
