Job Description
WSi is hiring a Recruiter-Account Manager to join our team. We offer a hybrid schedule with flexible in-and-out times: three days work from home and two days in the office. We enjoy a dog-friendly environment where we work hard and play with our pups!
We are looking to hire an eager, goal-driven recruiter-account manager who enjoys the thrill of the chase and builds new client relationships. This position is fantastic for individuals with a growth mindset and a drive to impact their earning potential.
Your duties will include the following:
- Sourcing new clients to fill their staffing needs
- Sourcing new candidates to fill those needs
- Making swift decisions on qualifications and compensation daily
- Utilizing multiple technology platforms to build a talent pool
- Connecting qualified people with open opportunities
- Screening people for various Health care opportunities our clients offer
- Collaborating with team members to reach goals and increase profitability.
- Ongoing Business development to increase market share.

Job Requirements
Previous staffing experience on the sales side is required.
Requirements:
- A people person who enjoys getting to know others
- Positive mental attitude with a smile
- Prove ability to work in Business Development
- Ability to type 40+ WPM and Utilize Office 365
- The desire to meet or exceed your sales goals
- Move up the ladder in a growing industry
- We perform a background check and drug screen for this position
