RN or LPN | Skilled Nursing Facility
Job Description
WSi Healthcare is seeking RNs and LPNs to help pick up PRN shifts and block bookings for a skilled nursing home for veterans in Aurora, CO!
- Assures compliance with facility policies and procedures within the parameters of the knowledge and skills to ensure resident needs are met
- Documents current, accurate, and pertinent information (care and treatment provided to individual residents)
- Monitors the clinical, physical, and environmental safety of all residents through assessments and regularly scheduled rounds
- 8 hour shifts - 6a-2:30p, 2p-10:30p, 10p-6:30a
- Flexible Scheduling

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Active and Clean Registered Nurse (RN) or License Practical Nurse (LPN) License
- Up-to-Date on vaccinations (TB, Flu, etc)
- Successfully Complete a Background Check and Drug Screen
- American Heart Association CPR
- Experience with Point Click Care is required
- Will have to get fingerprinted
