About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse with a strong commitment to team leadership and patient-centered care to join our expanding outpatient Endoscopy Center. As the RN Manager, you will have a pivotal role in overseeing daily clinical operations, managing staff, and ensuring compliance processes at our Colorado Springs Office.
Reporting directly to the Center Director, this position is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of physicians, nurses, administrators, and endoscopy techs to deliver high-quality, state-of-the-art medical care.

Key Responsibilities
-
Work closely with and support the Center Director, stepping in during their absence as needed.

Lead and supervise RNs and endoscopy technicians, including hiring, onboarding, reviews, and scheduling.

Monitor and optimize workflows across a multidisciplinary team supporting Docs and owners.

Oversee compliance and readiness for state, federal, and AAAHC accreditation surveys.

Assist with QAPI program data collection and committee participation

Manage crash cart and pharmacy supplies, including purchasing and cost control

Contribute to ongoing policy and procedural updates and staff education

Ensure proper usage of the EHR system and maintain familiarity with GI endoscopy equipment and protocols

Job Requirements

Active Colorado RN license
-
Minimum 1 year of experience in Nurse Leadership

BLS and ACLS certifications

Leadership experience with references of ethical and moral character

Familiarity with endoscopy is a strong plus.
