RN - Interim DON for Skilled Nursing Facility
Job Description
WSi Healthcare Personnel is seeking an experienced RN for an Interim Director of Nursing (DON) position with the potential for a temp-to-perm transition!
Our clients' 60-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in the heart of Park Hill takes pride in delivering exceptional, compassionate care to individuals with diverse medical needs.
As the Interim DON, you will oversee a team of licensed nurses, therapists, nutritionists, social workers, and other specialists dedicated to providing round-the-clock care and support.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
- Ensure the highest standards of care for the residents.
- Collaborate with staff and administration to enhance care delivery and regulatory compliance.
- Foster a culture of compassion, respect, and excellence.
Schedule:
- 8 hour day shift
- On call

Job Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
- Current/Clean Colorado license
- Minimum 1-year experience as a DON
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
