RN - Emergency Room (Nights or Days) Casper, WY
Job Description
WSi Healthcare is urgently searching for an Emergency Room RN for a 13-week contract in Casper, WY that starts April 29th.
This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice utilizing the framework for professional nursing practice and development. This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others who are under their direction. This position utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills necessary to assess data and plan, provide and evaluate care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients.
- Start Date: 4/29/2024
- Unit: ER
- 13 Week Contract
- Nights: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
- Days: 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- 36 hours schedule/24 hours guaranteed (facility is allowed to cancel 1 shift per week if necessary)
- Must be willing to float to units where experienced
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS TO SUBMIT
- Cover Page completely filled out
- Resume with all facilities, facility size, beds, trauma level, and units listed
- Skills Checklist specific to the discipline (must be less than a year old)
- Active RN License (verification must be less than 30 days old)
- Certifications (must be active at time of submission)
- Driver's License

- Minimum 24 months of current ER experience - REQUIRED
- Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross and active upon submission
- No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED
- FLU vaccination - REQUIRED
- Travel experience - Preferred
- ACLS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
- NIHSS
- PALS (AHA)
- TNCC
- WY RN License
