WSi Now Hiring: QMAP/CNA Certified Nursing Assistant for Colorado Department of Corrections (Denver)
Position: Full-Time Contract
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10 AM - 6 PM
Location: Denver, Colorado

Qualifications:
- Licensing: Must hold a current, valid CNA license from the Colorado Board of Nursing and QMAP certification with at least 1 year of recent experience in both.
- Legal Requirements: Valid driver’s license and no felony convictions. Must be able to pass the Department of Corrections Background and Integrity interview.
- Training: Will need to successfully complete the Colorado DOC Basic Training, including English reading comprehension, competency assessments, and Defensive Tactics.
- Physical Readiness: Must meet physical requirements for Defensive Tactics training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Care: Assist with personal hygiene, ADLs, and routine health needs.
- Medication Management: Safely pass medications as needed.
- Supportive Duties: Escort, transport, and accompany clients as required.
- Observation & Reporting: Monitor client behavior and health, and communicate with medical staff.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Active Unencumbered Colorado CNA License and QMAP certification - Recent 1 year of experience in both.
- CPR must be American Heart Association
- Ability to Pass a Background check and drug screen through WSi Healthcare Personnel
We offer CPR classes if needed!
