Physical Therapist - Full-Time | New PT Grads Encouraged To Apply
Job Description
WSi Healthcare is actively seeking experienced or new Physical Therapy Grads (PT) for a full-time contract (Mon-Fri) to staff at a home health facility to see patients in the areas of Wichita and Emporia.
As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their homes. This position offers the potential for a permanent placement with our client's growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional home health care to patients in the Emporia and Wichita areas.
- Conduct an average of eight patient visits per day.
- Follow a weekly schedule with three days in Wichita and two days in Emporia, which may adjust as the Emporia patient census grows.
- Ensure comprehensive patient assessments, develop care plans, and provide necessary treatments and interventions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic and patient-centered care.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Current and unrestricted PT license in the state of Kansas.
- Strong assessment, clinical, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license/vehicle insurance
- American Heart Association BLS card
- Lift 50 lbs
- Can provide documentation of COVID vaccinations, or have Medical or Religious exemption.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
