We are looking for an energetic and caring PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) that would like the chance to work for well-known practices in Colorado. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the best therapists in Colorado. No minimum required hours to work, and the practices are flexible with schedules. You will be able to utilize your skills in numerous different settings.
Your primary responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
- Work with the occupational therapist to implement the patient’s treatment program.
- Coordinates with other members of the rehabilitation team to implement activities and programs based on the patient’s individual treatment needs
- Perform all duties as outlined in the policies and procedures of the practice
- Handle scheduling of patient’s treatment, clinical visits and billing, and other documentation per the department’s requirements
- Act as an agent for the patient in regard to confidentiality
- Maintain all documentation on a timely basis and by the laws and regulations of the state’s policies and practices
- Submit all charges for services rendered following the current policy
- Assist in keeping a clean and safe environment for the provision of occupational therapy services

Job Requirements
- Current Colorado License in Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
- Ability to successfully pass a drug screen
