Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to supervise clinical operations
- Guide and mentor nursing staff to deliver exceptional care
- Contribute to scheduling, compliance, audits, and team enrichment
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams and families
- Participate in the leadership on-call rotation
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Nebraska or compact)
- Current CPR certification
- Prior nursing leadership experience (LTC/SNF preferred)
- Excellent communication and team-building abilities

Qualifications – What We’re Looking For:

Active & Unencumbered RN License – Must be valid in Nebraska or a multi-state license, with no disciplinary actions.

CPR Certification (AHA) – Need one? We can help you get certified.

Excellent Communication & Teamwork – Strong Leader.

Schedule Flexibility – Must be willing to work 8-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. Rotating on-call.
