What You Will Do
This role goes beyond traditional bedside care. You will play a key role in both patient outcomes and team support:

Provide therapeutic, patient-centered care in an acute psychiatric setting

Support and guide nursing staff during your shift

Respond to behavioral health crises and emergency situations

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care

Lead patient education and group sessions

Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment
What We Are Looking For

Active RN license in Colorado or compact state

At least 2 years of nursing experience

Minimum of 1 year of inpatient psychiatric experience required

Ability to pass background screening and onboarding requirements
