Job Description
We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to support a local detention center in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a 13-week minimum contract assignment working in a correctional healthcare environment, providing essential patient care under the supervision of licensed medical staff.

Responsibilities
-
Provide patient care within CNA scope of practice under the supervision of medical or nursing staff
-
Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

Record vital signs, patient histories, and chief complaints
-
Prepare patients for examinations and treatments
-
Maintain supplies in exam and procedure rooms
-
Complete documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)

Assist with office procedures, tests, and examinations
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
-
Current, valid, unrestricted CNA license issued by the Arizona State Board of Nursing or a participating compact state

Minimum 1 year of CNA experience

Current First Aid Certification

Current N95 Fit Test Documentation
-
Ability to work in a secure correctional healthcare environment
Requirements:
- Background Check
- AHA CPR Card - BLS for Healthcare Providers
- MMR or Titers
- FIT Test
