What You’ll Do:
As the ADON, you will:

Partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee clinical operations
-
Lead and mentor nursing staff to ensure exceptional care
-
Participate in scheduling, compliance, audits, and team development
-
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and families
-
Participate in the leadership on-call rotation
What We’re Looking For:
-
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Nebraska or compact)
-
Current CPR certification
-
Demonstrated nursing leadership experience (LTC/SNF preferred)
-
Strong communication and team-building skills
-
A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centered care

Job Requirements

Qualifications – What We’re Looking For:

Active & Unencumbered RN License – Must be valid in Nebraska or a multi-state license, with no disciplinary actions.

CPR Certification (AHA) – Need one? We can help you get certified.

Clean Background Check & Drug Screen

Excellent Communication & Teamwork – Strong Leader.

Schedule Flexibility – Must be willing to work 8-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. Rotating on-call.

Must be a Nebraska Resident
