Registered Nurse - Youth Residential Recovery
Job Description
WSi is seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a youth residential recovery facility in Lakewood, CO. This full-time position plays a key role in providing essential care to youth ages 13 to 18.5, with occasional opportunities to support the adult program if needed.
Position Details:

Schedule: Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Rate: $70,665 to $89,985 / year salary
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct nursing care and medication administration according to program standards and individual treatment plans.

Complete nursing assessments for new admissions.

Administer and document medications accurately, including any refusals.

Collect medical specimens and conduct health screenings as needed.

Prepare discharge summaries and ensure clear communication with parents/guardians regarding follow-up care, medication management, lab results, and more.
Bonus @ 40 hours/week for first year of completion:
- $2,500 one month anniversary
- $2,500 6 month anniversary
- $2,500 1 year anniversary
- ($7,500 total)

Job Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduated from an accredited nursing school and hold a current Colorado or compact RN license.
- Must possess and maintain current BLS certification.
- SUD experience required (substance use disorder nursing)
- Experience with youth population preferred
- Experience with EMR systems, specifically Avatar, is preferred but not required.
*Credentialing requirements: Clean background and drug screen, Fingerprinting, TRAILS, and CAPS check.
