Hybrid Pediatric IHSS Case Manager - RN
Job Description
WSi is partnering with a great pediatric home health organization that’s expanding their IHSS (In-Home Support Services) program in Colorado and looking for an experienced Registered Nurse Case Manager to join their team! This hybrid role offers the chance to make a real difference for children and families—providing hands-on supervision, care coordination, and caregiver support to help kids safely thrive at home.
Position Highlights:

Hybrid schedule: 4 days in the field, 1 day remote

Oversee pediatric IHSS cases and provide in-home supervision

Conduct skills validation and competency checks for attendants

Review and update care plans and documentation
-
Investigate and resolve client or caregiver concerns

Collaborate with families, authorized reps, and care staff

Active RN license in Colorado

2+ years of nursing experience (pediatric or home health preferred)

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Familiarity with Medicaid/IHSS
