Now Hiring: RN - Home Health (Full-Time or PRN) | Colorado Springs
WSi is currently looking for experienced RNs to provide exceptional care to home health patients in and around the Colorado Springs area! This opportunity is ideal for nurses who are confident working independently and have strong OASIS experience.
What you’ll do:
- Complete patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Perform OASIS assessments and maintain accurate documentation (required)
- Provide skilled nursing care, treatments, and medication administration
- Educate patients and families on care and disease management
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Support discharge planning and ongoing patient needs

Job Requirements
Requirements
- Active Colorado RN license in good standing
- 1+ years of Home Health Experience
- Proven experience with OASIS documentation (required)
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Experience with HomeCare HomeBase EMR is a plus
