Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room
Job Description
I’m a recruiter partnering with a leading healthcare organization to help find a skilled and compassionate Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team in Castle Rock, CO. This is a 12-week contract opportunity with an ASAP start, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced surgical environment.
Schedule
- 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- 4–5 days per week
About the Role
As an OR RN, you’ll play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality care throughout the perioperative experience. You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients. This role is within a specialized surgical setting with a strong focus on orthopedic procedures.

- Assess patient status throughout the perioperative process
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and surgical teams
- Promote a culture aligned with organizational mission and values

Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active RN license in good standing
- At least 1 year of OR
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
Preferred Experience:
- Orthopedic procedures
- Total joints
- Hand surgery
- Podiatry
- Sports medicine
