Registered Nurse – Crisis Stabilization Unit

Full-Time RN – NOC Shift

Positions Available: 4

Schedule:

3 night shifts per week, 12-hour shifts

Shift options:

6:30 PM – 7:00 AM OR 8:30 PM – 9:00 AM

Days: Variable; some weekends required
Part-Time RN – NOC Shift

FTE: 0.6
-
Positions Available: 1
-
Schedule:
-
2 night shifts per week, 12-hour shifts
-
Shift options:
-
6:30 PM – 7:00 AM OR 8:30 PM – 9:00 AM

Days: Variable; some weekends required
Responsibilities:
-
Provide direct care to adults experiencing behavioral health crises
-
Conduct assessments, follow medical orders, and update the care team

Administer medications and injections with accurate EMR documentation
-
Support treatment planning and patient education
-
Coordinate care with external providers
-
Handle crisis situations using trauma-informed practices

Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For

Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred

Experience: At least 2 years of clinical experience

License: Active Colorado RN license (required)

Skills: Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational abilities; confident working in a dynamic behavioral health environment
