Registered Nurse – Crisis Stabilization Unit (Day & NOC)
Job Description
WSi Healthcare is hiring compassionate, skilled Registered Nurses to join one of our top behavioral health partners in Aurora! These are incredible opportunities within a Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) — providing short-term, intensive care for individuals experiencing mental health or substance use crises. Full-Time RN – NOC Shift (0.9 FTE)

What You’ll Do
-
Provide direct patient care for adults in behavioral health crisis
-
Complete assessments, follow medical orders, and update the care team
-
Administer medications and injections with accurate EMR documentation
-
Support treatment planning and patient education
-
Coordinate care with outside providers
-
Respond to crisis situations using trauma-informed practice

Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For

Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred

Experience: At least 2 years of clinical experience
-
License: Active Colorado RN license (required)

Skills: Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational abilities; confident working in a dynamic behavioral health environment
