Registered Nurse – Crisis Stabilization Unit (Day & NOC)
Job Description
WSi Healthcare is hiring compassionate, skilled Registered Nurses to join one of our top behavioral health partners in Aurora! These are incredible opportunities within a Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) — providing short-term, intensive care for individuals experiencing mental health or substance use crises. Some roles are temp-to-perm; others are direct hire placements.
Current Openings:

Full-Time RN – Day Shift: 6:30 AM–7:00 PM (3 shifts/week, variable days, some weekends)

Part-Time RN – Day Shift: 6:30 AM–7:00 PM (2 shifts/week, variable days, some weekends)

Full-Time RN – NOC Shift: 6:30 PM–7:00 AM or 8:30 PM–9:00 AM (3 shifts/week, variable days, some weekends)
What You’ll Do
-
Provide direct patient care for adults with mental illness and substance use disorders
-
Complete nursing assessments, carry out medical orders, and communicate updates to the care team

Administer medications and injections while documenting all care accurately in the EMR
-
Support treatment planning and educate patients on medication and self-care
-
Coordinate with outside providers to ensure continuity of care

Respond to crisis situations with calm, professional intervention

Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
-
Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
-
Experience: At least 2 years of clinical experience
-
License: Active Colorado RN license (required)

Skills: Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational abilities; confident working in a dynamic behavioral health environment
