Nurse Supervisor – Mental Health & Substance Use
Job Description

As the Nurse Supervisor, you will oversee nursing and medical staff, support clinical operations, and ensure quality care for all patients.

4×10-hour overnight shifts (6:30 PM–7:00 AM)

Must be flexible for coverage any day of the week
What You'll Do

Lead, guide, and support nursing and medical staff to provide exceptional care.

Help communicate and maintain performance expectations, patient experience goals, and access-to-care targets.

Perform and supervise clinical nursing responsibilities, such as assessments, medication administration, and care coordination with providers.

Act as a liaison between internal teams, external agencies, and other providers to ensure seamless continuity of care.

Provide calm and effective clinical support during crisis situations.

Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.

Support credentialing, compliance, and training requirements.

Job Requirements

If you have an active Colorado RN license in good standing, then we want to hear from you!

An Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) is required for this role, but if you have a BSN, that's even better!

Do you have 2+ years of clinical experience, especially in behavioral health, mental health, or substance use settings? You might be the perfect fit!

Prior experience in leadership or supervisory roles is a big plus, but not a deal-breaker!

We value individuals with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills!

If you feel confident in administering medications, coordinating care, and supporting a clinical team, then you could be the one we are looking for!
