As the Nurse Supervisor, you will oversee nursing and medical staff, support clinical operations, and ensure quality care for all patients.

• 4×10-hour overnight shifts (6:30 PM–7:00 AM)

• Must be flexible for coverage any day of the week

What You'll Do

• Lead, guide, and support nursing and medical staff to provide exceptional care.

• Help communicate and maintain performance expectations, patient experience goals, and access-to-care targets.

• Perform and supervise clinical nursing responsibilities, such as assessments, medication administration, and care coordination with providers.

• Act as a liaison between internal teams, external agencies, and other providers to ensure seamless continuity of care.

• Provide calm and effective clinical support during crisis situations.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.

• Support credentialing, compliance, and training requirements.
