As the Nurse Supervisor, you’ll oversee nursing and medical staff while supporting clinical operations and ensuring quality care for every patient.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, guide, and support nursing and medical staff in delivering exceptional care.

  • Help communicate and uphold performance expectations, patient experience goals, and access-to-care targets.

  • Perform and oversee clinical nursing duties, including assessments, administering medications, and coordinating care with providers.

  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams, outside agencies, and other providers to ensure seamless continuity of care.

  • Step in during crisis situations and provide calm, effective clinical support.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic health record.

  • Support credentialing, compliance, and training requirements.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Colorado RN license in good standing.

  • Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred.

  • 2+ years of clinical experience, preferably in behavioral health, mental health, or substance use settings.

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

  • Confidence in administering medications, coordinating care, and supporting a clinical team.
