Nurse Supervisor – Mental Health & Substance Use
Job Description

As the Nurse Supervisor, you’ll oversee nursing and medical staff while supporting clinical operations and ensuring quality care for every patient.
What You’ll Do

Lead, guide, and support nursing and medical staff in delivering exceptional care.

Help communicate and uphold performance expectations, patient experience goals, and access-to-care targets.

Perform and oversee clinical nursing duties, including assessments, administering medications, and coordinating care with providers.

Serve as a liaison between internal teams, outside agencies, and other providers to ensure seamless continuity of care.

Step in during crisis situations and provide calm, effective clinical support.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic health record.

Support credentialing, compliance, and training requirements.

Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
-
Active Colorado RN license in good standing.
-
Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred.
-
2+ years of clinical experience, preferably in behavioral health, mental health, or substance use settings.

Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
-
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
-
Confidence in administering medications, coordinating care, and supporting a clinical team.
