We are helping to recruit for an experienced Hospice Nurse Practitioner to join our team in providing high-quality end-of-life care to patients and their families. As a Hospice Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating patient care, including symptom management, pain control, and emotional support. You will work closely with physicians, nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that each patient receives the personalized care they need and deserve.
- To be considered for this position, you must have a current Colorado Nurse Practitioner license, as well as certification in Hospice and Palliative Care.
- You should also have at least two years of experience working in hospice care, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- This is a Full-Time Monday - Friday position.

Job Requirements
Required License:
- Current Colorado RN and APN/NP licenses.
- Board certified as Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner by the AANP or ANCC.
- Valid Colorado state driver’s license.
- Prescriptive authority and DEA number.
- Ability to obtain hospital privileges at local hospitals
