Position Overview:
We are looking for a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) to serve as the Medical Director. This role offers a versatile leadership opportunity with minimal commitments, ideal for a provider interested in shaping and advancing a modern wellness practice. In addition to clinical oversight, you will play a key role in guiding the clinic's expansion into new services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise clinical protocols and treatment plans involving supplements
• Ensure quality and compliance by reviewing and overseeing patient records
• Address clinical issues, patient concerns, and safety considerations
• Monitor and provide guidance on managing potential side effects
• Conduct chart audits and maintain documentation standards
• Participate in limited patient consultations as needed
• Collaborate on expanding services and clinical offerings

Schedule & Flexibility:

• 1 day per week (4 hours total) with the potential for increased hours
• Fully flexible schedule - choose the day and time that suits you best

Preferred Background & Experience:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Colorado (mandatory)
• Interest in or experience with women's health, sexual wellness, hormone health, and holistic medicine
• Demonstrated clinical expertise and leadership qualities
• Desire to contribute to the growth and diversification of clinical services
• Prior hospital experience is advantageous but not required

Growth Opportunity:

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Colorado (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• DEA license with full, unrestricted prescriptive authority
• BLS certification (American Heart Association required)
• Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism in a structured, fast-paced environment
• Experience or strong interest in:
  • Women’s health
  • Sexual wellness
  • Hormone health (pre, peri, and post-menopause)
  • Holistic or integrative medicine
• Hospital experience is not required, but considered a plus
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
