Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic leader to manage an occupational medicine clinic downtown. Previous experience with occupational medicine is required.

This position primarily involves day shifts, but the facility operates three shifts daily, necessitating occasional presence on other shifts. Flexible schedule: four days per week.

$110K a year plus parking stipend

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive occupational health assessments.
  • Collaborate with employers to develop and implement effective wellness and prevention programs.
  • Administer pre-employment, promotion and annual health evaluations.
  • Evaluate and treat work-related injuries and illnesses.
  • Provide expert guidance on OSHA regulations and compliance.
  • Offer health education and counseling to employees.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
  • Lead the Nursing Team in their roles and responsibilities 
  • Help to develop a Health and Wellness Program for the employer

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Nurse Practitioner licensure in Colorado or Compact State License
  • Certification in Occupational Health or related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in conducting physical examinations and health assessments.
  • Strong knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
