What You’ll Be Doing
These are hands-on patient and resident care positions. Depending on the facility and assignment, your responsibilities may include:

• Providing bedside care and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Taking and recording vital signs
  Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
• Helping patients and residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation
• Assisting with meals, hydration, and feeding when needed
• Answering call lights and responding to patient or resident needs
• Observing changes in condition and reporting concerns to the nurse
• Supporting nurses and other members of the healthcare team
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment
• Documenting care according to facility procedures
• Providing respectful, compassionate care to patients and residents

If you also hold an active Med Aide certification, medication-related responsibilities may be available depending on the facility, assignment, and scope of practice.

Local Montana Candidates

What We Need From You: We’re looking for CNAs who can show up, work hard, provide good bedside care, and be someone the nursing team can count on.

Requirements

• Active Montana CNA certification
• At least 1 year of recent CNA experience
• Current American Heart Association BLS or Red Cross 
• Med Aide certification is a plus, but not required
• Ability to pass required background screening and drug screening
• Ability to complete all pre-employment health and onboarding requirements
• Must be local. Travel stipends and housing assistance are not available.
