We are seeking a detail-oriented Psychometrician to support a licensed psychologist in conducting psychological assessments with a growing Psychological Group in Colorado Springs. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with psychological testing and assessments but not a requirement. You will work in a supportive and collaborative environment alongside a team of experienced professionals, all dedicated to delivering the highest quality mental health services. This is a full-time, W-2, in-office role offering hands-on clinical experience, with on-the-job training, and professional development in psychological testing and evaluation. Responsibilities:

Administer and score psychological and neuropsychological assessments under supervision

Conduct bio-psychosocial interviews with clients

Support clients with online and computer-based testing platforms

Accurately record, score, and organize assessment data

Complete approximately 5–10 assessments per week

Collaborate closely with the psychologist and clinical team to ensure high-quality assessment services

Job Requirements

Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field preferred

Bachelor’s degree candidates will be considered

Prior experience with psychological testing or assessment is a plus but not required

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Comfortable with technology and electronic assessment tools

Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented

Dedication to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Ability to pass a drug screen
