Vibrant South Denver is actively seeking a friendly and professional Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the reception area. Your duties will involve scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and assisting with administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answering and directing phone calls (high phone volume)
- Verifying insurance information and managing patient records
- Adhere to medical privacy regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times
- Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Recent experience as a medical receptionist
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Available to work full time, in person
- Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus

Job Requirements
- Must have a minimum of six (6) months experience as Medical Receptionist
- Must have two (2) great references
- Able to pass a background check
- Able to pass a drug screen
- Able to work full-time, in-person
