Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and guests with a friendly and polished demeanor.
- Handle and route phone calls (significant call volume).
- Confirm insurance details and oversee patient documents.
- Follow healthcare privacy guidelines and uphold patient privacy consistently.
- Manage and revise patient records, guaranteeing precision and secrecy.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Recent experience as a medical receptionist
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Available to work full time, in person
- Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus

Job Requirements
- Must have a minimum of six (6) months experience as a Medical Receptionist
- Must have two (2) great references
- Able to pass a background check
- Able to pass a drug screen
- Able to work full-time, in-person
