Medical Billing Customer Service
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Medical Billing Customer Service Representative with strong Epic experience to join a premier healthcare organization in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This role is responsible for handling inbound patient calls related to billing inquiries, payment questions, insurance explanations, and account resolution.
The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating complex billing systems while providing exceptional patient service. No weekend work, 8-430M-F. Apply today!
Duties:

Answer high-volume inbound calls from patients regarding medical bills

Explain charges, insurance adjustments, EOBs, and payment options

Research and resolve billing discrepancies within Epic

Document all interactions accurately in the electronic medical record

Assist patients with payment arrangements and financial assistance information

Collaborate with insurance companies and internal billing teams

Job Requirements
What is required:
- 1 year of previous Medical Billing Customer Service Experience
- Clean background
- Ability to work 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM M-F
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work well with others
