A private plastic surgery and aesthetics clinic is seeking a Medical Assistant to support daily patient care and administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

**Medical Assistant Diploma or Certification Required**

Location: Westminster, CO

Schedule:

  • Monday – Thursday: 7:15 AM – 5:00 PM & Friday: 2–3 hours (administrative support only)

Pay: $20-23/ hour

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Room patients and record vital signs

  • Prepare exam rooms and gather necessary supplies

  • Assist with chart preparation and consent forms

  • Support one physician (two on Wednesdays; providers room their own patients)

  • Maintain accurate records in PatientNow EMR (very user-friendly system)

  • Provide administrative support on Fridays, including prepping charts and forms

  • Patient Load: 8–14 patients per day

Requirements:

  • Medical Assistant experience preferred (registration/certification not required)

  • Familiarity with EMR systems; experience with PatientNow a plus

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Requirements

  • Must have a Medical Assistant diploma OR certification. 
  • Must have recent experience as a Medical Assistant. 
  • Must have two (2) great manager or supervisor references.  
  • Able to pass a background check and drug screen. 
  • Must have a current American Heart Association approved CPR Health care Provider Card. 
  • Must have proof of current TB placed within the past 12 months.
  • Proof of current Covid Vaccine
