Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Biller with expertise in orthopedic billing. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of insurance policies and claims processes, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. This role will transition to remote work after completing an in-office training period.

- Proven experience as a Medical Biller, preferably in an orthopedic or specialty clinic.
- A degree/diploma in Medical Billing and Coding is required
- Proficiency in Medicaid Billing
- Comprehensive knowledge of insurance types and billing processes, including prior authorizations and appeals.
- Strong understanding of medical coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) and insurance guidelines.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and team spirit.
- Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote environment.

Job Requirements
- Experience as a medical administrative assistant or similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and insurance protocols.
- Proficiency in computer systems and medical software.
- 25-35 WPM typing Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Able to pass a background check
- Two good references
