WSi Healthcare is looking for a warm, reliable, and professional Medical Receptionist to join an amazing clinic located right in the heart of Castle Rock, CO. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll provide exceptional customer support and ensure our reception area runs smoothly. Location: Castle Rock, CO
*This position is fully in-person*
Pay Rate: $19-$22 per hour
Schedule: closing shifts 12p-8p Tues-Thurs. Fri (8a-8- or 11a-8p and Sat. 8a-4p)
Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and visitors, directing questions to the appropriate staff.
- Schedule provider appointments to optimize patient satisfaction and efficient use of exam and treatment rooms.
- Collect co-pays and other payments from patients.
- Collect patient ID and necessary information for appointments.
- Retrieve patient files, sequence paperwork, add new patient record forms, and prepare files for physician examination or treatment.
- Maintain the reception area in a neat and orderly condition.
- Assist patients with insurance papers and billing questions.
- Participate in the medical office emergency routine when required, and call EMS or assist other staff members as needed.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Recent experience six (6) months as a medical receptionist
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Available to work full time, in person
- Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus
