Typical Job Duties:
- Administering medications and IVs as directed by healthcare providers
- Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting changes to the healthcare team
- Assisting with wound care, dressing changes, and other treatments
- Collaborating with RNs and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient care
- Providing patient education and support during recovery
- Ensuring accurate documentation of patient care activities

Job Requirements
Certifications:
- BLS
- IV Certified
- Degree from an accredited school of nursing
Experience:
- Either 3 years in LTC/Rehab/SNF or 1 year in hospital setting
Personal Health:
- Flu vaccine
- MMR titer or 2 vaccines
- Tdap
- Physical Assessment
- Varicella titer or 2 vaccines
- TB
- Hep B
- Fit Test
