Position Overview:
As a Health Services Clinic Nurse (RN) with WSi Healthcare, you will deliver comprehensive healthcare services to youth in custody. Your role will involve addressing physical health concerns, supporting mental well-being, and contributing to their reformation and rehabilitation.
Location Options:
We are seeking RNs for eight locations across Oregon, offering both full-time and PRN positions with flexible shifts. A travel stipend of $10 per hour is available for commutes exceeding 60 miles from your home to the facility.
Locations: Burns, La Grande, Grants Pass, Tillamook, Woodburn, Albany, and Florence
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care, including addressing physical health and mental well-being.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate medical records and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
- Support and contribute to the development and implementation of healthcare policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Valid Oregon Registered Professional Nurse’s License at the time of appointment.
- Active CPR certification.
- Preferred: Experience with Electronic Health Record Systems (EPIC), knowledge of medical ethics, and the ability to excel in diverse team settings.
- Experience in Family Practice, Pediatrics, and/or Corrections.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience.
- Note: English fluency is mandatory for the safety of all staff members.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Active Unencumbered RN Nursing license
- CPR must be American Heart Association
- Ability to Pass a Background check and drug screen through WSi Healthcare Personnel
- Must be able to pass Child Abuse Background Check
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts and travel to different youth correctional facilities throughout the state
- Experience with Pediatric, Youth, Family Practice, and/or Corrections
