Pay Rate for Local RNs in Sterling: $46–$56/hr (based on experience)
Contract Options: 8, 10, and 13 weeks | Full-Time & PRN available
Shifts Available: Days and Swings
What You'll Do in This Role:

Respond quickly to on-site medical emergencies

Administer medications and manage Med Lines

Perform routine assessments, wound care, and diagnostics

Educate and support patients with long-term care needs

Collaborate with a tight-knit team of healthcare and security professionals

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Active RN License (Colorado or Multistate – No stipulations or reprimands will be considered)
- Minimum 1 years of overall nursing experience (No new grads)
- 1 year or more of Corrections experience required
- BLS Certification (American Heart Association required)
- Ability to pass a background check & drug screen
- Must complete a 4-day self-defense training course in Colorado Springs
- Fluent in English for safety and communication
We offer CPR classes if needed!
