Responsibilities include:
- Evaluating radiological orders to determine positioning, test procedure needed, and protective measures necessary for diagnostic testing
- Operating X-ray machines according to established guidelines
- Producing high-quality radiographs that assist in diagnosing disease processes
- Evaluating finished products and equipment according to quality control standards
- Scheduling radiological testing
- Monitoring the system for tracking all diagnostic tests performed
- Preparing films for review by radiologists, including preparation of necessary paperwork
- Cleaning x-ray equipment, including the x-ray machine, processor table, and room, to provide an aseptic environment

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- (ARRT) Certification or Limited Scope Radiology Technologist Certification
- CPR certification
- Knowledge of medical imaging techniques and procedures
- Availability to pass a drug screen and background check
