Responsibilities:

Deliver direct patient care in a behavioral health setting under RN or physician supervision

Monitor patients’ mental and physical health, responding to changes appropriately

Administer medications and treatments in compliance with facility policies

Support therapeutic environments by maintaining patient safety and de-escalating crises when necessary

Accurately document care and communicate effectively with the care team

Qualifications:

Active Colorado LPN license (or compact license)
