Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to LTC residents with professionalism and compassion.

Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor residents for changes in condition.

Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to support resident care plans.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.

Assist with daily care needs and ensure a safe, respectful environment for all residents.

Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families.
