LPN – Night Shift - 8-Week Contract
Job Description
An awesome rehab facility in Lakewood is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time 8-week block booking on night shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN looking for a structured schedule in a supportive environment.
Location: Lakewood, CO
Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Monday | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Start Date: ASAP
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a rehab/LTC setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the care team
- Collaborate with RNs and other staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Up-to-Date on vaccinations
- Successfully Complete a Background Check and Drug Screen
- American Heart Association CPR
- Active LPN license in the state of Colorado
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (rehab or long-term care preferred)
- Ability to commit to the full 8-week schedule
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
