We’re opening a new, small assisted living home and are seeking a compassionate, experienced nurse for a hybrid Nurse + House Manager-style role. This is a unique opportunity to work in a low census, relationship-focused environment while helping get a new home up and running.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct resident care and medication administration
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the home

- Ensure compliance with assisted living regulations and standards
- Communicate with residents, families, and care team members

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Active LPN license in good standing
- Assisted living, LTC, or residential care experience
- Ability to meet CDPHE qualifications for Assisted Living Administrator
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
