$20,000 Sign-On Bonus for qualified RNs with 6+ months of experience!
Up to $8,000 Relocation Assistance available based on location.
Work with advanced procedures, including IABP, patient proning, sepsis & stroke protocols.
Treat critical medical, surgical, OB, trauma, and overflow patients (ages 15+).
What You’ll Do:
Deliver high-acuity patient care in a dynamic ICU setting.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Adhere to state Nurse Practice Acts and patient safety protocols.
Provide compassionate, relationship-based care that aligns with our mission.
What We’re Looking For:
Active RN license (multi-state RNs must obtain CO license within 30 days).
ADN required, BSN preferred.
1+ year of recent ICU experience required.
Required Certifications (or willing to obtain within 6 months):
BLS & ACLS (American Heart Association)
NIHSS, TNCC, or TCAR

Job Requirements
- Licensure: Active, unencumbered RN license. If working in Colorado under a multi-state license, a CO RN license must be obtained within 30 days of residency.
- Education: Nursing diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Experience: At least 1 year of recent ICU RN experience required.
- Certifications:
- BLS from the American Heart Association (required upon hire or within 8 weeks).
- ACLS from the American Heart Association (required upon hire or within 6 months).
- NIHSS (required upon hire or within 6 months).
- TNCC or TCAR (required upon hire or within 6 months).
