Position Details:

  • Location: St. Mark's Hospital (Healthone network)
  • Shifts Available: 12-hour shifts
  • Experience Required: At least one year of hospital, long-term care, or rehab experience

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide patient care under the direction of the nursing staff.
  • Assist patients with daily Living and activities with a positive attitude. 
  • Build strong rapport with patients and co-workers.
  • Give primary health care and maintain a healthy environment.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Utah state CNA license
  • One year of recent experience in a hospital, long term care or rehab setting
  • CPR with BLS
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
  • MMR titer or two vaccines
  • TDAP
  • Varicella titer or two vaccines
  • TB
  • Hepatitis B
  • Flu
  • Mask fit test
  • Physical (using HealthOne form)
