Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care under the direction of the nursing staff.
- Assist patients with daily Living and activities with a positive attitude.
- Build strong rapport with patients and co-workers.

Job Requirements
Requirements:

- Colorado State CNA license
- One year of recent experience in a hospital, long term care or rehab setting
- CPR with BLS
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
- MMR titer or two vaccines
- TDAP
- Varicella titer or two vaccines
- TB
- Hepatitis B
- Flu
- Mask fit test
- Physical (using Healthone form)
