Job Description
As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their homes. This position offers the potential for a permanent role within our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional home health care to patients in the Emporia and Wichita areas.
- Conduct an average of eight patient visits per day.
- Follow a weekly schedule with three days in Wichita and two days in Emporia, which may adjust as the Emporia patient census grows.
- Ensure comprehensive patient assessments, develop care plans, and provide necessary treatments and interventions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic and patient-centered care.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted RN license in the state of Kansas.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health or a related field.
- Strong assessment, clinical, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Active Registered Nurse Unencumbered License
- Valid driver’s license/vehicle insurance
- BLS - AHA
- Lift 50 lbs
- Clean Background Check
